UCLL has the "Eduroam" wifi network on every campus. You install eduroam once and you’ll have internet access on all UCLL campuses and other affiliated educational institutions worldwide.
Please note: your eduroam username is your username@ucll.be (don’t forget the @ucll.be!).
Toledo is UCLL’s digital learning environment. You can find, among other things:

A greyed-out course means that the course has not been made available by the lecturer and is therefore (currently) not accessible.
Every UCLL student has access to the software portal. This gives you an overview of all available software per program, including any costs and download instructions.

E-mail traffic at UCLL is handled by Outlook. You can log in through:

Students receive their student card by mail. Late enrollees receive their card via the student administration (in Leuven), or by mail (in Limburg).
UCLL staff members receive their card via the HR department.

Are there still courses or communities from a previous programme in Toledo?
Unenrol from any courses or communities that are no longer relevant to your current programme via "Manage" > "Unsubscribe".
Did you transfer from another college or university to the KU Leuven association? Then make sure that your correspondence e-mail address is correct! KU Loket > Student file > Addresses > Select your current UCLL e-mail address under "General communication".
