Make a ticket on the UCLL Self-service portal

Report your problem or ask a question via the relevant form on the portal. Here you can follow up on your ticket and add additional information. You will also find answers to frequently asked questions, which may already help you further.

A ticket will be created in our tracking system. You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt with a ticket number and a link to your ticket in the UCLL Self-service portal. Here you can further monitor the status and add additional info. If you don't have a UCLL account, you can reply to the automatically sent message for the status of your ticket. (always keep the ticket number e.g. M2305-9876 in the subject of your e-mail). You can also contact us by phone, keep your ticket number at hand.

At the above locations we are best equipped to help you and you can make an appointment online. If it is not possible for you to make an appointment in Diepenbeek or at Proximus, please contact us by phone and we will see what is possible. At the following times there is always someone present (on class days):

Diest Campus: Tuesdays from 8am to 4pm
Gasthuisberg Campus: every day from 8am to 12am
Campus Hasselt: Friday 8am to 12:30pm
Hertogstraat Campus: every day 8am to 4pm
Liza Campus: every Thursday from 8am to 12am
SSH campus: every day from 1pm to 4pm
