Building

In the Hertogstraat building you will find the rooms of corridors A-B-C-D-E-F-G), in the Naamsesteenweg building the rooms of corridors H-I-J-K and in the Sports Centre you will find unit 1 to 6 and the Fitness.

A room number in the Hertogstraat and Naamsesteenweg buildings consists of a letter and a number, without space. The letter stands for the hallway, the first number for the floor, the last two for the room. For example: room A013 is the reception on the ground floor in Hertogstraat building, room I004 is the student living on the ground floor in Naamsesteenweg building. When communicating a room, it is not necessary to mention the building.

In the Sports Centre, a room number consists of a number, a dot and two other numbers. The first number indicates the floor, the numbers after the dot indicate the room. For example, room 1.03 is room 03 on the first floor and is the reception and sports department.
