Opening hours

Please respect the opening hours of the campus. An exeption from the regular opening hours (eg info days or events) can be requested via the head of the campus service, Luc Degrande. Exceptions to the normal opening hours can be found news messages on the homepage.

Hertogstraat and Naamsesteenweg buildings are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, bank holidays and the following dates:

  • Fall break (October 30 to November 5, 2023) - only the learning center is open on October 30 and 31 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Armistice (November 11, 2023)
  • Christmas break (December 25, 2023 to January 7, 2024) - only the learning center is open on January 5 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Class-free week (February 5 to 11, 2024) - only the learning center is open on February 8 and 9 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Easter break (April 1 to 14, 2024) - only the learning center is open on April 8 and 9 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Labor Day (May 1st, 2024)
