The campus and reception are open on weekdays during class and exam weeks. During holidays and lecture-free weeks, the reception, Hertogstraat and Naamsesteenweg buildings remain closed. The UCLL Sports Centre and student and visitor parking have extended opening hours.

* The main entrance of the Hertogstraat building closes at 8:30 PM. The other outside doors are being closed between 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM. From then on, you can only go outside through the sliding door of the main entrance. If you still want to enter the Hertogstraat building, you can contact the concierge by telephone on 0477/74 92 31.
