A ticket will be created in our tracking system. You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt with a ticket number. For the status of your ticket you can answer the automatically sent message (always keep the ticket number e.g. Ticket#2020011710000068 in the subject of your e-mail). You can also contact us by phone, keep your ticket number at hand.

At the above locations we are best equipped to help you and you can make an appointment online. If it is not possible for you to make an appointment in Diepenbeek or at Proximus, please contact us by phone and we will see what is possible. At the following times there is always someone present (on class days):

  • Diest Campus: Tuesdays from 8am to 4pm
  • Gasthuisberg Campus: every day from 8am to 12am
  • Campus Hasselt: Friday 8am to 12:30pm
  • Hertogstraat Campus: every day 8am to 4pm
  • Liza Campus: every Thursday from 8am to 12am
  • SSH campus: every day from 1pm to 4pm
