Account not activated?

What do you need? 

  • Identity card (optional if you don’t have a Belgian ID)
  • An activation link you received via e-mail after your registration.
  • Your smartphone with the KU Leuven Authenticator app

Instructions

  • Click on the activation link you received via e-mail after your registration.
  • Fill out all boxes:
    • Your national register number (on your ID) or your date of birth if you don't have a Belgian identity card.
    • Your activation code (you received via e-mail).
    • Choose a password that meets the KU Leuven password policy.
  • Click "Next".
    Please enter your private emailadres and/or phone number in case you forget your password. 
     
  • Log in with your username and the password you set up, to set up your KU Leuven Authenticator.
    (your need your username that is displayed in the activation e-mail and on your studentcard)
     
  • Now you can get started with your new account!
It can take upto 24 hours before the activation is successful.
