Every UCLL student and staff member receives a personal number when enrolling in our university college. As a student you will find this number in the e-mail you received with your registration confirmation. This e-mail was sent to the private e-mail address you provided. You first have to activate through your activation link before you can access the intranet, Toledo, your mailbox, etc...
This number starts with an r-, s-, m- or c- for students and a u- for staff members. This is your UCLL username or sometimes also called the ursmc-number.
UCLL uses the Microsoft login, your access is controlled by the Associatie KU Leuven login, management of your account (change password, configure MFA) is done via account management.
Activate your UCLL account
A UCLL account has to be activated once, for each new account an e-mail is sent out to the private e-mail address provided during registration. With the activation link you can set a password and activate your account. Only after your activation will you get access to all UCLL services.
Didn't receive an activation code or link? Be sure to check your spam folder and only then please contact registrations.
Authenticator (MFA)
Starting January 1, 2023, Multi-factor authentication (MFA) will be mandatory for new UCLL students. Other students can optionally enable it and will receive another notification when it becomes mandatory for them.
Logging in safely
When using a UCLL application, log in via the KU Leuven Association login screen. Always check the website address (https://idp.kuleuven.be) and security lock. Never enter your UCLL username and password on other websites.
For applications that use the Microsoft login, you must first identify yourself with your gebruikersnaam@ucll.be or your UCLL e-mail address. Always check the website address (https://login.microsoftonline.com) and security lock. After doing so you will be taken to the Associatie KU Leuven login screen.
