Making an appointment with this service is very simple and can be done in three ways:
1. Call 011 180 180, during the opening hours of the information point of STUVO.

3. Send a message to our chatbox at the information point (available during opening hours)
You can look in both calendars for a date that suits you best. The agendas also include free permanences. You can book an appointment up to 24 hours in advance.
Once an appointment has been made, you will receive an e-mail confirming the appointment.
Both physical and online appointments are offered.
