Reporting phishing is done via the "Report" button in Outlook, which trains our system to better recognise phishing emails.
UCLL regularly sends phishing simulations to employees, when you report such a simulation e-mail you will receive an e-mail afterwards with subject line "Geslaagde phishing test" ("Successful phishing test"). You can check your score here (staff only).
Reporting via Outlook (new)
- Select the message and choose "Report" in the Outlook ribbon.
- Choose "Report phishing".
- You will get another confirmation, after which the message will be deleted from your inbox (this may take a few seconds).

- Select the message and choose "Report message" in the Outlook ribbon.
- Choose "Phishing".
- You will get another confirmation, then the message will be deleted from your inbox (this may take a few seconds).
Reporting via the Outlook app
- Select the message and press the three dots "..."
- Choose "Report unwanted email"
- Choose "Phishing"
