Opening hours and closing days - campus Hertogstraat

Via the blue headers, you can find all opening hours and closing days of the various buildings on the Hertogstraat campus and the reception for the current academic year.

The campus and reception are open on weekdays during class and exam weeks. During exam weeks, Hertogstraar buiding is also open on Saturdays (until the end of the exam). During holidays and lecture-free weeks, the reception, Hertogstraat and Naamsesteenweg buildings remain closed. The UCLL Sports Centre and student and visitor parking have extended opening hours.

  • on weekdays until 30 minutes after the start of evening exams
  • on exam Saturdays from 8.00 until 13.00 o'clock

*  The main entrance of the Hertogstraat building closes at 8:30 PM. The other outside doors are being closed between 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM.  From then on, you can only go outside through the sliding door of the main entrance. If you still want to enter the Hertogstraat building, you can contact the concierge by telephone on 0477/74 92 31.
**Exception: only and exclusively open for planned lessons of 'Flllex' and exams during the exam period.

During the exam periods, the exam building is open until the end of the exam.

  • Fall break (October 27 to November 2, 2025)
    • only the learning center is open on Monday 27 and Tuesday 28 October from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Armistice (November 11, 2025)
  • Christmas break (December 22, 2025 to January 4, 2026)
    • only the learning center is open on Friday 2 January from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    • the reception can only be reached via email (onthaal.hertogstraat@ucll.be) on December 22-23 and January 2nd from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
