Eduroam installation on Android devices

Android versions

Depending on your Android version, you will need a different installation method for eduroam. You can check which version you have via this website.

From Android 8 and above, you need to install the GetEduroam app from the playstore. The installation steps below are intended for Android versions 8 and above.

Download installation for Android 4.3 to 7

Download installation for Android 8 or higher

Step 0: if necessary, delete existing eduroam profiles

You only need to perform this step if you already installed eduroam once.

Step 1: Opening the GetEduroam app

Step 2: Select UC Leuven-Limburg

Step 3: Download the installation files and open them with the GetEduroam app

Step 4: Enter your username

Step 5: You are connected to eduroam

You can now connect to eduroam!

Accidentally used a wrong password? You will only notice it when connecting, in the last step. You can correct it by redoing the installation.
