A refund of the card balance of the UCLL payment system is in principle not possible.
Try to use your balance before leaving UCLL !
After leaving UCLL it is still possible to use the remaining balance on copiers until 8 weeks after the end of the academic year of last enrollment (or 7 days after deregistration).
Afterwards, the remaining amounts will be donated to the Moving Minds Foundation.

Only in exceptional cases can a refund be requested under following conditions:
- Refund is only possible for ex-students (without an active enrollment at UCLL);
- The balance is at least 10 euro;
- An administration fee of 10 euro will apply;
- The request must be submitted via a webform;
- The request must be sent before November 15th of the academic year after the last enrollment at UCLL.
The request will be processed after November 15th.
