You can pick up your degree at the campus or you can give someone authorization to collect it for you.

To this end, you should write an official note containing the information mentioned below and give it to this person who will collect you degree:

Name of the person you give your authorization to
First name of the person you give your authorization to
Your signature
Date

The school can send your official degree in a paper version by mail. For this service, you have to pay an additional fee of 10 euros.

This amount should be deposited on BE07 7865 4858 2066 - UC Leuven vzw with the description: "degree - name student - BME" (Indicate your class)

Only if we receive the fee we will send your degree by mail.

For this purpose, we need to know your correct address. Below, you can fill in your address information. Make sure you give the address on which someone will be able to receive the official document.
