Visual Studio Community is a free development environment from Microsoft that allows students to easily build apps and websites. It supports multiple programming languages, includes smart tools like debugging and code completion and works well with Git.
Download software
Only install software after receiving instructions from your lecturer. Your lecturer will provide more information about which components need to be installed to participate in the class.
- Go to the download page on the Visual Studio website.
- Download Visual Studio Community for free and then run the Visual Studio Setup.
- Log in with your UCLL (Office 365) account, which is r-number@ucll.be.
