ABOUT THIS SOFTWARE

Scratch was developed by the MIT Media Lab and is used worldwide to introduce children and young people to programming in an accessible way. Instead of typing code, you drag colorful blocks together to build logic and actions. The environment encourages creativity, problem-solving and collaboration. Scratch is especially popular in primary and secondary education, but is also used as an introduction to computational thinking in higher education.
