As a result of COVID19, an adjusted arrangement has been made, we are available

  • on class days from 8am to 5pm
  • permanence is provided during the exam period
    • on weekdays from 8am to 7pm
    • on Saturday from 8am to 12pm

Solving problems by appointment

 

Come by the ICT desk - preferably not during COVID19 times

As a result of COVID19, an amended regulation is in force: the ICT services on the campuses are closed. Support is provided remotely (see above)

The counters in Proximus and Diepenbeek are open for urgent problems and preferably by appointment. In other words: people with an appointment have priority in the queues

There is currently only online support. There is no local presence on the different campuses. Only the ICT desks are open
