## ABOUT THIS SOFTWARE

SAP S/4HANA (version 2020) is a modern ERP suite built on SAP's HANA data platform. It integrates functions for finance, logistics, procurement, production, sales and HR into a single system. The 2020 version introduced improvements in user interface (SAP Fiori), machine learning integrations and simplified business processes. SAP S/4HANA is used by medium to large companies and is relevant for students in business administration, accounting, supply chain management and IT management.

The software is fully web-based, so no installation is required.

## CREATE AN ACCOUNT

- Go to the 'student zone' on the SAP website
- Click on 'For students'
- Choose 'Log in/ Create Universal ID'
- Create an account using your UCLL email address
- Your account will be active the next day
