Refund conditions students



 

 A **refund** of the card balance of the UCLL payment system is **in principle not possible**. 

**Try to use your balance before leaving UCLL !**   
After leaving UCLL it is still possible to use the remaining balance on copiers until 8 weeks after the end of the academic year of last enrollment (or 7 days after deregistration).   
Afterwards, the remaining amounts will be donated to the [Moving Minds Foundation](https://www.ucll.be/samenwerken/innovatieve-projecten/moving-minds-foundation). 

Only in exceptional cases can a refund be requested **under following conditions:**

- Refund is **only possible** for ex-students (**without an active enrollment** at UCLL);
- The balance is **at least 10 euro**;
- An **administration fee of 10 euro** will apply;
- The request must be submitted **via a webform**;
- The request must be sent **before November 15th** of the academic year after the last enrollment at UCLL.

The request will be **processed after November 15th.**
