A form for requesting a refund.



 

 Only **exceptionaly** a refund can be requested **under limited conditions**.

To qualify for a reimbursement you have to send a motivated request via the form below.

**All requests will be processed in group** ***once a year*****, after November 15th.**

 Bank account IBAN code EU: Enter the IBAN code of the bankaccount on which the balance has to be refunded. MAKE SURE THAT YOU ENTER THE CORRECT IBAN CODE !!

 

 

 Bank account IBAN code :  Enter the IBAN code of the bankaccount on which the balance has to be refunded. 

 

 

 Bank account holder Enter the name of the bank account holder.
